Monday Night Ride



Great ride... Same thing, went coastal via pasir ris and selarang... but this time, we loop coastal a little... 3 times??? 51km altogether... went sepang bedok and had supper... great place to eat... i am very hungry... lately at night, feel so hungry all the time, therefore must eat, than can sleep well... hahaha... hmm... lately, i think i am sick... feel so tired everyday, restless all the time... even when cycling, i can't produce enough pedalling power... felt so tired all the time... over exhausted??? unlikely leh... not sure what happen, but i'll try to drink more water and rest well now... hope it helps...
