Another week

27th Nov

We went to PLC to train for our skill based sports climbing, fast abseiling and some ascending... not bad, skill based, quite relax day for us... PLC, memories place...

28th Nov

Today we reported at tekong... kaoz... total crazyness... first we did 45 minutes of swim, non-stop... than we climbing 5 stories, run 100m, go down 5 stories, another 100m... for 45 minutes... tiring plus BORING!!! later we did an 8km run, plus a 40 lap swim... come out and was surprised by a mini competition with partner... kaoz... cramp that day, whole leg cannot even move... move!!! can't move!!! arh!!!

29th Nov

Today was another crazy day... day after another... we went to cycle some skill based cycling on the parade square, than we swim 34 laps with long sleeves... abrasion!!! kaoz, we cycle 50km, we to yishun to did some safety lesson.. ended around 8... reached home and died... but luckily the next day is a light 8km run only...

30th Nov

I skipped the training today... knees wasn't that good... but i went to service my bike in the morning, went back home and sleep... tomolo is a mini competition, a mini triathlon... hahaha... i woke up feeling fresh... you can't feel the fatigue by just reading... not easy ain't not easy...

1st Dec

Reported to tekong... went to service bike and changi... ate chicken rice... nice... yummy... went to seletar for the race... nice race... chase the first guy like hell... lose to 4 guys in the end... hahaha... was behing the 4th guy by 2 second... if not, i would have won a waterbag... camelbak some more sia... haiz... so sad, anyway i did my best, i was happy... hahaha...
