4 Days of hardcore training

1st day (20th nov)
We went to tekong, reported at 10, had a short briefing... went to swim 800m "warm-up" lap... than went to swim 50 metre interval, within a minute, with a minute rest, intervals lar... than go on by a 100m swim interval, within 2minutes 10 secs... kaoz... that was a killer, i wasn't very good at fast sprint and especially front-crawl. but still, we all endure till the end... followed by gym circuit, with was a killer for me... had some stitch, wasn't very prepared the day before, not enough water and sleep...

2nd day (21th nov)
Went to ECP, to cycle... cycle around 8km, went to swim in the sea, drank lots of salt water... kaoz, dunno how many dead fishes and animals are decomposed inside, dirty!!! came up with dirty and wet shoes, cycle again, for 10km... went to swim again, and cycle in undulating terrain... kaoz, all was a killer because i am using rent bikes... which wasn't very good, can't change gear and stuffs... kaoz... went to run 7km again later... lots of my team mate had cramps... well, wasn't a good sign, but still, i'll always remember... FABB = For A Better Body

3rd day (22nd nov)
Went back to tekong, sat a tonner to old sispec... went to the specialist tower, did ascending, rapelling, sports climbing... skill based, wasn't that tough that day, but ended quite late, and also lucky it was on wednesday, good day for us to recover... know alot of friends, tekong guys, and a lot of other PTI... one whole family of endure and excel...

4th day (23rd nov)
Went to tekong again, chief infantry officer came to visit our training... today was the toughest of all, but i guess most of our body are conditioned for this... we swam 600m and ran 1.6km for 5 times... it is done in a circuit way... every round i clocked around 21 minute, so it was a not bad time... kaoz, my heart nearly pop out... damn, i felt as if i am gonna die... we ran 4 rounds the track after the swim, we ran in swimming trunks... looks funny hor... hahaha... skin tearing soon, sunburn like hell... hahaha... well, after that, we had 250m of intervals, front-crawl... my weak swimming style... nearly killed me... but we started early, ended early... i went home and slept, than at night went to bedok FCC to report... they having a ORD farewell party, so wasn't that bad... we went there to intro ourselves and know some people... well, the life there wasn't that bad, i like it a lot... hope the new OC won't be that much of a difference...

Tomolo we going down to kallang, do a kayak, skill based training... hope not to shiong also... also hope the weater will be good... see ya!!!
