Kayak

Kaoz... went to kayak today... quite stupid lar... but was fun, with all the other people... we are one big family like i said... quite cool... hahaha... we went to kayak early about 8 plus, until afternoon 5... kaoz... today our trainer revealed that next week's training will be a bout 8 hours... kaoz... i think about it also sianz... damn shiong lar... hopefully i won't get injured or something like that... cool arh... haven't report to bedok camp to work yet... so far been attached out to train... quite cool also hor... hahaha
